“Ain’t that a Daisy, says Doc Holiday as he prepares to take on the world, guns blazing. His ammo? The music of the modern day rock group, Daisy’s Little Secret, whose groove-based rock jams spin a new take on classic style. Formed in Boston in 2006, the four members shared a vision based on the godfathers of rock and roll, pulling out the stops of their Hammond B3 and laying down the groove beneath a dirty slide guitar and raw vocals. Their “Swamp Rock” embraces the sounds of the 70’s while keeping a modern edge. Daisy’s groove will keep your toes tapping and head shaking while the raw vocals will satisfy the soul.

Brandon Alan sings lead vocals and plays guitar. After four years of touring New England with the band Binaural, where he co-wrote and played guitar, Brandon decided to head to boston where he formed Daisy’s Little Secret. He shared the stage with acts such as Damone (Island/Def Jam) and Jeremiah Freed (Universal) and played such venues as The Big Easy (Portland, ME), TT the Bear’s (Boston, MA) and Northern Lights (Albany, NY).

Jon Schmidt plays bass and sings backup vocals for the band. While playing in venues across the Western Slope of Colorado as a member of jazz/funk/rock group, the Schmidt Brother’s Band, he opened up for well known regional acts as Little Hercules, Flux, and Jonny Mogambo. After heading east to attend Berklee College of Music, he joined up with Daisy’s Little Secret.

Arien Dano rocks the organ. With a classical background in Piano, he toured with the Rock band Rip Rap for 8 years and recorded 5 Studio Albums with one of the albums selling 10,000 copies. Looking for more experience and exposure he joined Berklee College of Music. He currently studies with renowned blues organ player Bruce Katz. Thriving to put his gained knowledge to use, he co-founded Daisy’s Little Secret.
